Instructions

[Adjust the length of PP walking pole]

         According to Finland: International Nordic Walking Federation (WORLD ORIGINAL NORDIC WALKING FEDERATION, ONWF) recommendations:

         Generally suitable PP walking pole size is height multiplied by 0.7.  For example , if your height is 170 cm , the suitable length is about 115~120cm;

     

     Please mark the size of the two sections of the PP walking pole and adjust to 115 fixed points at the same time.

     

         People with longer steps may consider lengthening the poles.        

[How to wear the wrist strap]

The wrist strap is one of the keys to achieve exercise effects easily the PP walking poles, which can achieve the labor-saving effect of lightly holding the grip;

Use it with natural swing of both hands and wrists to move easily and effectively.

The wrist strap marked R for right hand and L for left hand;

1. First, unfold the Velcro strap with the wrist strap buckled on the grip.

2. Put your hand through the wrist strap and your thumb through the webbing loop.

3. Hold the grip with your purlicue.

4. Adjust the Velcro felt to the appropriate tightness and then attach the buckle, complete wearing the wrist strap.

[How to use the walking pole]

  1. Holding posture: After putting on the wrist strap, gently hold the gooseneck grip with both hands;Hold the grip with purlicue to control the normal rolling of the directional wheel.

  2. Land skiing: Position the directional wheel behind your body and walk forward as if skiing. Pull the PP walking pole through the directional wheel and push for better traction to increase the forward thrust while walking. When using the PP walking pole, you can swing your arms naturally; the swing range does not need to be too high when pushing forward, and it only needs to be able to exert a stable support when pushing back.

  3. Please note that the angle between the directional wheel and the grip should form a straight line; otherwise, the walking effect might not function properly. Please adjust it before use.

Maintenance method

【Clean after use】

Wipe the surface of the walking pole with a soft cloth or sponge after use to remove dust, stains and dirt.

 

【Proper storage】

   Storage Enviorments:

   Avoid leaving walking poles in wet environments for long periods of time to prevent damage or rust to the material.

   Prevent Exposure:

   Avoid exposing walking poles to prolonged sunlight to avoid damage or discoloration of the material.

【Regular inspection】

If the walking poles are found to be damaged or malfunctioning in any way, avoid using them.
