【Warranty】
  • One year from the date of purchase, please join the official LINE or official website for product registration.

[Service and maintenance during the warranty period]
  • Please present this warranty card or the product registration page. Please avoid losing, altering or damaging the warranty card to avoid affecting the warranty.

Warranty conditions do not apply to the following conditions:
  • Faults and damages caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, or squeezing during handling and transportation.

  • Faults and damages caused by accidental drops or natural disasters that are beyond control after purchase.

  • Please do not attempt to disassemble the product or remove any parts attached to the product, as it may cause damage that is not covered by the warranty.

  • Appearance damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents on the ports, and plastic damage, but those caused by material or manufacturing defects are not included.

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear or normal aging of the product.

  • Any serial number on the product has been removed or tarnished.

  • For other unlisted warranty terms, our company reserves the right of final interpretation.
