The Starting Point: From Rehabilitation to Everyday Fitness
The core team of ROPACE comes from backgrounds in precision engineering and mobility technology.
We observed that many seniors, patients in rehabilitation, and beginners often struggle with Nordic walking —
their pole movements are out of sync with their steps, wrist strain is common, and the learning curve is steep.
So, we redefined the structure of walking poles and developed the world’s first innovations:
Gooseneck Grip – Ergonomic curved handle for natural motion
Auto-Brake Rolling System – Smart wheels that respond to pressure and direction
These breakthroughs allow users to achieve a perfect rhythm between propulsion and braking —
delivering the full-body benefits of authentic Nordic walking, without the need for complicated techniques.
Expansion: From Taiwan to the World
ProPACER products have been introduced across Europe, Japan, and the United States,
earning recognition from professional coaches and Nordic walking organizations worldwide.
In collaboration with international Nordic Walking associations,
we are promoting the concept of “City Walking” —
a new form of walking that bridges rehabilitation and fitness,
making healthy movement accessible to everyone.
At the same time, we are developing the SpringLeg® lower-limb exoskeleton —
a non-powered assistive system designed to enhance gait, strengthen leg muscles,
and reduce pressure on the knees.
This marks a major step forward toward the era of smart walking.
